SMouTh – Synergy of Music Theatre (Larissa – Greece)
SMouTh is the eldest and most active music theatre company in the Greek region. Its fundamental objectives are to provide youth and adults opportunities of initiation, training, education, creation, inclusion, research and professionalisation, in the performing and audio-visual arts, and by this process, to reinvent the means of artistic expression.
SMouTh organises and implements on a regular basis various creative workshops for children, young people, adults and disadvantaged social groups (creative writing, theatre, dance, music, photography) applying the performing arts and promoting equality, inclusion and accessibility.
Since 2008, SMouTh has been partner in several EU projects that give emphasis to cultural awareness, art-related education and social inclusion, mainly through the International network ROOTS&ROUTES (www.rootsnroutes.eu).
